The squat comes out shallow or the legs fold oddly when the photo is cropped at the waist, the subject is sitting, or the legs are hidden by a skirt or long fur. The model needs to see the legs. Use a standing full-body photo, check a 5-second preview, then make the full video.

Quick fixes

  • Use a full-body photo, head to feet, standing and facing the camera.
  • Choose an outfit with a clear leg shape, such as the white tee with grey trousers or the tracksuit.
  • For a pet, a photo standing on all four legs shows the legs better than a sitting one.
  • Keep one subject in the photo and nothing in front of the legs.

Why it happens

A deep, wide squat is an unusual shape, and a pet has to rise onto its hind legs to do it. The clearer the legs are in the photo, the more the model has to build from.

No. The credit is reserved when the run starts and returned if it fails. Failed runs return their credit automatically.

How do I avoid paying twice for a bad result?

Run a bonus preview first with a sharp, full-body, front-facing photo. Only then spend the credit on the full 10 seconds.

Can I get my money back instead?

Only for packs you have not used, within 7 days of buying. Credits that already produced a video stay spent.
